Zoya Tickled Collection Review

Press Sample
Happy Monday lovelies! I hope your weekend was awesome! Mine was okay. We went to Jacksonville to take the boys for the summer. For some reason, my mother wouldn't take the baby. SMH...why she gotta be like that?! LOL! I know...that 2 year old little missy is a handful! Anyway, I have the Zoya Tickled Collection to share with you today. This collection consists of cremes that are right on time for the summer! Let's take a look...
Zoya-Tickled-Collection

The first polish I have is called, Kitridge, described by Zoya as "a classic bubblegum pink cream." For this mani, I used two coats for these photos. The first coat was slightly streaky, but everything leveled out perfectly with the addition of the second coat. This one is a very dainty color to me.

Rocha, according to the brand, is a "classic folly red cream." Hmmm... I have no idea what that is supposed to mean, but my bottle looked like a really orange toned red. There is also a slight shimmer to this polish, which is more apparent on the nail than these photos. I used two easy coats for these photos. The formula was great and I had absolutely no issues with application.

Tilda is described as "a warm mantis green cream." I love this shade of green and this is one that immediately caught my attention when I first received the press release. I used two coats. i loved the formula, as it seemed slightly thick, but in a great way. It allowed for very smooth and flawless coverage with minimal strokes. This is definitely a summer shade, but it doesn't cross the line into being a neon color. It has just the right intensity!

The next polish is called Rooney. According to the maker, Rooney is "a mid-range magenta pink cream." This is another with a flawless formula that has the same thickness as Tilda. Application was a breeze, going on perfectly in just two coats. I love this type of pink, as it isn't a "super girly soft pink." Yeah...that was a huge stereotype, but I hope you get what I mean!

Wendy is a "juicy summer melon." To expand upon that, I would call it a pink toned coral. I absolutelt adore this shade! Again, the formula was flawless and practically applied itself.  I used easy coats for these photos. This definitely captures the essence of summertime!

This last polish is called Ling. Oh Ling... I had the hardest time capturing this color accurately. It almost drove me nuts! Regardless, it is so pretty and I have already worn it 3 different times since receiving it.  I don't think I can recall that happening EVER! Ling is described as 'A vibrant royal blue cream." To continue with the redundancy from above, the formula was great and went on effortlessly in two coats. LOVE!

Overall, Zoya surely knows how to capture my heart. This collection is great and I think it has a little something for everyone out there. If you haven't noticed, I have never actually reviewed for Zoya, but I am excited that I have now joined their blogging network! Yay!!! <pats self on back> The Tickled Collection is available for purchase on Zoya's Website for $9 each.

Have you picked up anything from this collection? Which ones are calling your name?

Smooches!

  5. Just amazing swatches. I was already certain that Tilda needs me, but you just made me want so many more of them...even though I have no idea what a "classic folly red" is supposed to be either. Don't care. Want it. (>_<)
