Pretty Jelly Lacquers- Exclusive to Lacquer Chic Shop

Press Sample
Happy Friday Polished Babes! Today I have something brand new for you! I was recently contacted by Tiffany (LOVE that name...hehe!) of the new indie stockist Laquer Chic Shop. Tiffany asked if I would be interested in reviewing some polishes that are exclusive to her store. Of course, I would help a sister Tiffany out! *wink* Here is a brief synopsis of some info from their website:

"Welcome to Lacquer Chic!  We have collected some sweet polish from some really chic ladies! The purpose of our store is to help spread the word about Indie polish and other boutique brands that offer non toxic polish."

"We are both in huge fans/supporters of Indie polish and just want to help people find the best brands all in one place. We want to offer the best and hopefully help you discover new lines you may not be familiar with! We aren't stopping there, we will be adding nail & hand care products to our inventory as well.  Check back often for more and exciting stuff."

I was absolutely wowed when I saw the pics of the polishes she was sending me to review. I have seen some swatches of the Pretty Jelly brand around, but I hadn't tried them yet. I have four exclusive polishes to the Lacquer Chic Shop and they did not disappoint one bit.

Spring Awakening, Mi Coral-Zon, Lavender's Game, & Melon Bar
Melon Bar is a pale yellowish/greenish crelly with duper fine blue shimmer. I used three thin coats and topcoat. The formula was not problematic; however, it did look a little wonky with the application of the first two coats. The third coat and topcoat smoothed it right out! I absolutely love the blue shimmers in this one. I wish I were able to capture them better, but they are definitely noticeable in person.

Spring Awakening is the sole glitter topper of the collection. It has a shimmery clear base with yellow, white, and aqua glitters. I absolutely adore the colors used in this mix! I used one coat over Melon Bar, as they are the perfect pair. There were no issues with the formula. Although it is densely packed with glitters, they spread nice and evenly across the nail.

Mi Coral-Zon is a coral jelly packed with gold and pink shimmer. Ummm...YES, YES, YES!! This one is a stunner! I love everything about it! For application, I used three thin coats without topcoat. I took these photos out in the sun to try and capture the amazing shimmers. The formula was nice and I had no issues at all.

Lavender's Game is an absolutely stunning purple scattered holographic polish. OMG. Seriously. This is absolutely perfection. The color and formula are spot on. I used two coats and no topcoat here. There isn't really much else to be said but....WOW!

So that's all folks! I absolutely love this collection! I must say my first experience with Pretty Jelly is a great one! I love how the collection is well rounded and gives you a little taste of everything. That makes a nice and cohesive collection in my book! Tiffany from Lacquer Chic Shop is an absolute sweetheart and her responsiveness to emails an such has been great!

Which ones are your favorites?
