Polish Addict Nail Color Mardi Gras Madness, Lucky 13, & Clovers Review

Press Sample
Happy St. Patty's Day lovelies! I am so sorry that you are just getting my review of Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day themed polishes, but USPS sucks! Seriously. Their shipping service has sucked as of late. I was supposed to have this package over a month ago now. Two day priority shipping means absolutely nothing and that package has yet to be located. Poor Laura had to have it out with them, file a claim, and resend this package, which still didn't arrive in the two days that are guaranteed from priority shipping. Maybe the original package will turn up here one day. I doubt it. I'm quite sure there is some lucky postal worker rocking some super cute PANC manis! SMH...

Then, I was all ready and on track to have this review posted for you yesterday morning, but my 2 year old daughter had other plans. Anyone with little ones around, knows exactly what I mean. While finishing the swatches and preparing to type the review, she decided to wake up from her bed and come into our bedroom. At that point she specifically requested, "Mommy, Tindull (how she pronounces her name, Kendall) want to lay on boobs," Haha! I can't even deal with this girl. At this point, she decided that the only way she would go back to sleep was "on boobs!" Anywho, that was likely TMI, but I found it hilarious and it is the reason for the delay in this post. In all, it resulted in some awesome cuddles with my Baby Bop.

The first polish I have to show you is called Mardi Gras Madness, a black jelly base with a variety of glitters in multiple shapes and sizes. I used 3 thin coats and application was a breeze. Topcoat was used to smooth out the finish and bring out the awesome shine.

Lucky 13 is a glitter topper with green micro glitters, holo gold, teal circles, and clovers in a clear base. I used 2 light coats over a neutral creme base. I really love this combination of glitters, but I would suggest leaving the bottle upside down for a period. Some of the larger glitters settled to the bottom, and they were still really difficult to get out after I left it upside down for about 10 minutes. I can't say I am to upset about not getting any of the larger glitters out, because the shapes (shamrocks) aren't really my thing. I would have loved to get some of the larger circles out though. Nonetheless, this combo is really pretty and I would love to see it around as a core polish, absent the shamrocks.

The last polish is a super cute holo thermal named Clovers. I made the horrible mistake of swatching this one first and was mad when I had to remove it! That's seriously every blogger's nightmare. Most of us try to leave the one that we think will be the favorite of the bunch for last. It always sucks to waste a pretty polish when you don't have time to wear it for a full manicure. Luckily, these are all super cute polishes, so I couldn't be too upset.  Anyway, I digress. Clovers is a super pretty green holo thermal that's a teal green color when cold and a light green when warm. I can't even begin to describe how much I loved this one!

Warm state...

Cold State...

Isn't it just lovely?!

I have great news for you! Two of these awesome beauties are currently on sale. Lucky 13 AND Mardi Gras Madness can be purchased for a discounted price of $4 & $5 respectively. Clovers is still full priced at $12, but well worth it for a holographic thermal. These are the prices for full sized (15 ml) bottles. You can find these polishes in Polish Addict's Big Bartel Store by clicking HERE.

Also make sure you are following the brand on social media: FacebookInstagram, & Twitter.

Happy St. Patty's Day!
