Dead Roses is a deep wine burgundy/wine colored jelly with a shimmering base. There are small and medium sized holographic circle glitters floating throughout as well. The glitters are just enough to separate this one from a regular wine colored jelly polish, but not too many that it becomes overwhelming. This one definitely provides a touch a elegance to this wine colored trend in polish.
I used three thin coats and there were absolutely no issues with glitter dispersal across the nails. It was nearly opaque in two coats, but I believe the third coat added an extra depth that I always love in glitter jelly polishes. I topped this pretty off with HK Girl Topcoat from Glisten & Glow and the super shiny finish is AMAZING!
