Polish Me Silly Mermaid Tears

Hello lovelies!! Sorry for the MIA status yesterday. Things have been quite busy around my household lately. I had the mammogram and ultrasound on Tuesday and I am so thankful and happy to say that everything is fine!! The diagnosis of Fibrocystic Breast Condition was confirmed and I can take vitamins and employ various lifestyle changes to alleviate the symptoms. Thank you all for your support, thoughts, and comments during this very rough and draining time in my life. I truly appreciate you all! MUAH!

Today I have a beautiful polish to show you from Polish Me Silly (formerly known as Lush Lacquer). I won this polish in a giveaway they had when launching their new thermal collection last month. It is absolutely stunning and I am so happy that I chose this one as my prize. Mermaid Tears is a jelly based, glitter, thermal polish! Whoa...that's a mouthful! At it's warm state, this polish is a bright green jelly with the most amazing sparkle and glitter dispersed throughout. I used 3 thin coats and application was no problem at all.

Here it is transitioning from the bright green color to a beautiful deep teal color when warm.

It's going....

And going...

Well, you get the point!! Isn't this truly amazing?! This is a really unique twist to the new thermal trend and I really love this!

So what do you think? I absolutely adore this polish! I think the formula was great, the colors are beautiful, and it is extremely unique. A few months ago, I was sooooo against thermals. It just seemed kind of weird! I know...I know...Shame on me for being judgmental, especially without giving them a try. friend and polish sister Brittany totally turned me and now I am really loving this trend! Thanks Britt!!

Please note this polish was given to me for winning a giveaway before the company's name was changed from Lush Lacquer to Polish Me Silly. I wore this polish several weeks ago (hence the alternate hand positioning) but I forgot to create a post about it! Duh!! Anyway, that's all for today. Do you like this thermal trend? What are some of your favorites?

  1. oh you're welcome ;) & I blame you for turning me onto those Lynn's! Lol, love you tiff & so so happy to hear that it wasn't anything serious! :)
