Whimsical Wednesday

Hello lovelies!!

Today's post is dedicated to another of my FAVORITE indie brands...Whimsical Ideas by Pam!! Pam's creations are always cute, creative, and affectionately named. I fell in love with these babies last fall while perusing Facebook while I was supposed to be studying! One of the features Pam is known for is her cute little black bows that she meticulously ties around each bottle cap. It adds such a cute accent and feature to her bottles! Recently my 2 years old daughter decided that one of my bows was better suited for a ring for her finger and it was destoyed! YIKES! Well, the wacky polish addict in me kicked in and immediately emailed Pam (I know...a little coo coo!) asking to purchase a replacement! HA! She was a sweetheart and sent them right out!

Another thing I love about shopping for Whimsies is the process. Restock madness? NOPE. Cartjacking? NOPE. Lightning fast sell outs? NOPE. I am sure we have all gone a little crazy with adrenaline rushes for restocks of certain polishes and know what that's like. Well, my girls and I have experienced this many, many times! Anyway, this is never the case when purchasing from Whimsical Ideas by Pam. Pam makes her process easy and products are always available. More details will be provided at the end of this post.

The first mani I have today features one polish from her most recent, "Camp Whimsy" collection and another older staple of the brand. "Li'l Sister" is a clear based glitter topper with small periwinkle, white, and blue hexes and neon pink square glitters. "Miss Wohelo" is a hot pink jelly with blurple?) shimmer. Haha...whatever the case, it is very pretty and the shimmer adds a lot to the beauty of this one.

This photo shows 2 light coats of "Li'l Sister" over 2 coats of OPI Don't Touch My Tutu. The double accent nails each have 3 coats of "Miss Wohelo." All nails have one coat of topcoat.

I love the way these 2 compliment one another! The shimmer in "Miss Wohelo" is brought out by the colors in "Li'l Sister."

Next I have another new one from the "Camp Whimsy" Collection. This one is called "Pippin." It is a clear base that is sprinkled with small pink and blue glitters with large teal dots. If you remember...I LOVE CIRCLE GLITTER!! Sorry for screaming at you, but I really do! I mean...really. Anywho.... I layered 2 coats of "Pippin" over Sinful Shine Dark Room and 2 coats of topcoat.

I love the way these glitters pop against the black undies!

Next, I decided to add double accent nails to this manicure as well. For the accent nails, I used 2 coats of Zoya Pixie Dusts Liberty, which is a beautiful blue that dries to a glittery textured finish.

Here's another look...just because!

I can not emphasize enough how much I love ALL of my Whimsies! No...I can't say how many. My hubby may be reading and...well...let's just say, he doesn't "get the whole polish thing." LOL! As I mentioned above, Whimsies can be purchased through a very simple process. Click HERE... yes...<<<there<<< and it will take you to Pam's Facebook page where she conducts her service. Simply take a look at the selection, send her an email, wait (not long though), pay, wait again (shipping takes time), receive nail mail, jump around with joy, post pics on Instagram, and happy polishing!

I hope you liked these polishes as much as I do. Do you own any Whimsies? What are your favorites?

Thanks for stopping by!

Love both of these Tiff! I paired Pippin with Zoya's Liberty as well, and really liked the combo! I like the idea of pairing Li'l Sister with Miss Wohelo! I have a Zoya polish that's very similar to Miss Wohelo (I have MW too!) and that was my first thought of "What should I pick to go with Li'l Sister?" Love your blog as's my first visit here. I'll bookmark you and follow you! Let me know if you want my blog info, I'd love it if you'd stop by sometime! :) Cheers! Josie
