Welcome to Polished to Precision

Hello everyone!!! First, I want to start by welcoming you to my blog. Thank you for taking the time to begin this adventure with me, I am hopeful that this will be an exciting journey.  Please take a moment to visit the About Me sections of the website as it will provide you with a little background information on who am I, my interests, and personal life.  Alright, let's get started...

For my inaugural blog post, I want to show you some of my recent manis that were created using some of the Summer Chic Collection by Jindie Nails. For those of you (very few...lol) who know me, Jindie Nails is one of my absolute FAVORITE indie brands.

This first manicure was created with a new shade called 'That Purple Ish.'  This is a complete glitterbomb that is described my the creator as "a periwinkle purple crelly base loaded with silver shimmer and an assortment of wine, purple, lilac, lavender, hot pink, navy, and magenta dots, squares, and hexes."  This polish represents one of the staples of Jindie's unique creations...A perfect, crelly, and glitter filled base!!! These photos show 3 thin coats with one coat of Glisten & Glow HKGirl Topcoat. LOVE!!!

Isn't this gorgeous?!!

The next polish is called She Blinded Me With Science (LE).  Again, this is another AMAZING crelly glitterbomb and is described by the creator as "a pale pink crelly base with multiple sizes of neon, holographic and metallic dots, squares, diamonds, rectandles, and hex glitters." This polish has EVERYTHING including moons! Again, application was consistent with that of the Jindies I have tried (MOST of them...lol). I used 2-3 thin coats for opacity and depth.  These are all topped with Glisten & Glow HKGirl Topcoat.

I love the fun mixture of glitters in this one!

The next polish is called Don't Get it Citrus Twisted. This polish captures everything fun and bright that comes along with the summertime. Don't Get It Citrus Twisted is described by the creator as "a bright neon green crelly with matte opaque Kelly green, pastel yellow, and canary yellow dots and extra large hex, neon pink hex and opaque baby pink dots and extra large hex with gorgeous silver shimmer." This was applied using 2-3 thin coats to reach the desired opacity and depth of the glitters. Again, this is topped with Glisten & Glow HKGirl Topcoat.

OMG....This is brilliant!!

The last polish I want to show you today is the only glitter topper I have from the Summer Chic collection (well...for now!!).  The creative names keep coming with 'Quit Staring at My Melons!' The creator described this as "a glitter topper with matte Kelly green, Barbie pink, matte gray dots, watermelon pink and black dots plus smaller metallic light green and pink dots."  I chose to layer this over a OPI I Think in Pink to allow the colors to pop. I also topped this with 2 coats of HKGirl Topcoat, as this was a thicker more densely packed glitter combination.

I really love this mix of glitters! This polish can be layered over a variety of colors to achieve multiple looks each time!

Overall, I absolutely love each of these polishes. Jindie Nails offers a wide variety of polishes including crellies, glitterombs, glitter toppers, holos, and more!! Jindie Nails restocks her site at different times, you can keep up with important restock information by following on Instagram and Facebook. Click HERE to purchase Jindie Nails.
