Nostalgic Lacquer

Hello again Lovelies!! My first day at the internship was...ummm...let's call it "eventful." Let's just say, if everyday is like the first, I will NEVER be bored! I got off to a good start, learned a lot, and my enthusiasm has increased. I look forward to continuing this journey and letting you know about my progress.

Today's manis come to you from another awesome indie brand, Nostalgic Nail Lacquer. Erin's creations are dazzling, unique, and very interesting! I have 2 shades to show you and I am sure that you will love them both.

First up is The Brain. This one is a light yellow jelly with various sizes of blue hexes. The formula was easy to work with but a bit sheer. I used 2 thins coats, one slightly thicker coat, and topcoat.

I think this is an excellent combo! It reminds me of my middle school's team colors! (no...I will not tell how long ago that was!)

I think this is very fun and I couldn't be happier with this!

And now for the Macro shot...

The next one I have today is called Personal Jesus. This is one of my favorites! It has a grey crelly base with multiple sizes of black, white, teal, and purple glitters. Gah!!! GENIUS! I used 2 coats and topcoat for this manicure.

This is another one of those polishes that seem to have been made specifically with me in mind!!

I received a lot of compliments when I wore this one! I think I will add a matte topcoat next time I wear this one. What do you think? I think it will look great!

Of course, I had to do a Macro shot!

Both of these polishes are a total win! Nostalgic Nail Lacquer has some awesome polishes in her shop. You can check them out HERE! You can also follow the brand on Facebook to keep up with new collection releases and other important information.

What do you think of these polishes? Have you tried this brand?

Have an awesome day!

  1. Glad you had a great first day at your internship! Both polishes are so gorgeous! I've heard of Nostalgic Nail Lacquer but don't own any. Both of these look fantastic on you! I love the teal glitters in The Brain, they pop perfectly against that yellow base! I don't think there isn't a polish out there that you couldn't pull off!!
